A note from our Founder

I grew up in a disfunctional family and did not even know it until years later.  When I finally got to the point of such desperation that I had no choice other than to release myself from the chaos that was driving me, I frantically ( at first) tried everything and read everyone who was introduced to me - I absorbed all I could from the greats;  Wayne Dyer, Louise Hay, Deepok Chopra, God (!) while leading Al-Anon meetings and learning from all of the wonderful people who shared their strength hope and wisdom.  As I moved along my journey, I realized that I was creating a practice that required a discipline that was so worth it - I had begun to release myself from the lies that had been told to me my entire life that caused me guilt, pain, and shame.

The more I honed my actions, and the more I kept myself aware of my thinking, my energy changed and my family, friends and even strangers felt the difference - more people started asking me to spend time with them and to sponsor them.  Those in Corporate America were continually coming to me for advice and asking that I coach them -I was happy to give what I learned away - it fills me more than I give away.

I continue to hone my practice.  My passion is to teach people how to become more peaceful and complete.  We are meant to have a beautiful life, we are allowed to love ourselves, to set boundaries, to say no when we mean no, we are free to live a life without guilt and manipulation - and I want to show you how to do it - NOW before one more minute is wasted giving your life away to the captors who own your thoughts - you have a right to take it all back and you can.
